Wallalong House Wedding – Todd Lasance and Jordan Wilcox

Jordan and Todd celebrated their wedding day at the historic Wallalong House in the Hunter Valley. This was one of those incredible wedding days that dreams are made of. Surrounded by loving family and friends, many who had flown far and wide, this beautiful couple made their commitments to one another.

We will set the scene for you…

Wallalong House is a stunning historic wedding venue located in the Hunter Valley NSW. Its one of our favourite places to work and one that we are lucky enough to visit often. It’s charm, elegance and beauty draws in the most awesome couples. Wallalong House is well known for its the historic homestead sleeping 19 guests, 200 year old fig tress (where most couples hold their wedding ceremonies), underground cellar which has been converted into a chill out space, Indian marquee complete with coral chandeliers, inground pool surrounded by antique wooden day beds, 1830’s sandstone stables, and breathtaking elevated views of the surrounding farmland allowing endless amounts of photo opportunities.

We were so lucky to look after this beautiful bridal party. Some of the girls had flown from America to join the celebrations and were having a blast being in Australia for the very first time. We loved creating beautiful hair and makeup looks for each of the girls and made them all slightly different so they felt comfortable and like themselves. Little Charlie girl just made our day. She is the sweetest little thing and was not shy of the camera. Photographer Stories with Mel and videographers Lemon Tree Film House captured some of the most amazing shots this day.

Thank you for the wonderful memories and magical times.
